Kimchi Box, our fast-casual Korean dining concept, was founded in 2021 and has grown to nine locations across Michigan. As Thirteen York Inc’s primary fast-casual growth concept, Kimchi Box is preparing for future franchise and multi-unit expansion across the United States.

Ondo Bakery, our bakery and cafe, was founded in 2024. Its flagship location in the heart of Ann Arbor sees around 1,000 guests per day, with two additional Michigan build-outs underway in 2026.

The group has also developed two full-service dining experiences: The Dancing Pine, a steakhouse concept, and Azalea, a Nikkei cuisine concept.
